Add a Savings Goal Report (edited)
Because there is currently no meaningful report around Savings Goals, I created a spreadsheet to serve the purpose. Thought I'd share it with the community to illustrate the kind of information I'd like to see in a Savings Goals report.
The big number is the total amount of money saved toward a particular goal this year. The smaller green number is the current balance of the Savings Goal after accounting for withdrawals I've made. The chart below is a more detailed breakdown of how the goals currently look.
If something like this could find its way into Simplifi, I would be a happy camper.

I was just reminded of this old post of mine when @UrsulaA mentioned it in a reply to someone else. I've actually modifed this report a bit to make it less cumbersome to view (and to make the data behind it easier to maintain). Since a savings goal report options are being reviewed, here's some more ideas for options to consider.
I have my savings goals split up into a few broad categories. This one represents my annually-paid subscriptions that I need to save for. The blue represents how much all of my annual subscriptions total up to a year. The green bar shows how much I currently have saved, and the yellow bar shows how much I should have saved if everything was on track. That means the green bar should always be higher than the yellow bar (so I have some catching up to do).
The gauge charts show each of the individual goals in the annual subscriptions bucket, and give me a quick look at how much each one has in it. This is a little deceiving though (I'm considering different approaches) because the gauges don't necessarily reflect where the goal should be at the moment. For instance, I have no money saved for my wine.com subscription, but that's because it comes due in December, so I just paid for it.
Until I come up with a better graphical solution, I made it pretty easy to see where I'm at just by looking at the raw data
