Turn off recurring expenses detection for credit card accounts.

There isn't a single recurring expense that will ever come out of a credit card account that I will ever want to track. These are all lumped into a recurring expense from a bank account that pays off the credit card. I understand why some might want to detect these (and eliminate them), but having to answer "No" to "Is this a recurring expense?" 100% of the time if the account is a credit card account is already getting tiring.
