When trying to add a new CapitalOne account through simplifi I get the following message:
Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Capital One in Simplifi.
To clarify, are you accessing Simplifi via a Shared Space? If so, we have a known issue where users are receiving an FDP-4000 error when attempting to add accounts with one of our OAuth API banks while Space Sharing.
