Add support for BILT Rewards Mastercard

Hello everyone,
We will add Cardless to Quicken Simplifi, enabling users to connect their Bilt cards. I believe this connection option is available via our Plaid aggregator. We don't have an ETA yet, but we'll post an update here as soon as we have news to share.

As of today I was able to add Bilt Rewards to my accounts and sync transactions. So far everything is working as expected. 👏👏👏
