Watchlist - Sticky Popup
I've run into this a few times but it must not be annoying enough to have prompted a bug report thus far.
On the Web App (Windows, Up-to-date Chrome), when you first open a watchlist, this appears. When your spending is less than the top of the popup, it makes it hard to see the bar. Ideally, I think the popup wouldn't appear until you hover over the blue bar and would disappear again when your cursor leaves. When you hover over another bar, it's popup appears, but this original one still remains on the screen.
Slightly annoying, not the end of the world.

Thanks for reporting this issue to the Community!
I noticed this the other day as well, and I'm not sure if it's the intended design now. The tooltip does appear to go away when directly clicked on. However, if having the current month's tooltip be sticky is the intended design, I think they should at least make it go away when anywhere on the page is clicked on, or when hovering over and then off of it. It definitely needs to be easier to get rid of!
At any rate, I did go ahead and get this reported, and I'll be sure to let you know as soon as I receive an update. 🙂
