Online Banking: PayPal Mastercard: Some charges not downloading

While the balance is updating properly…

Cleared transactions are not always being downloaded… They're neither matching manual transactions nor creating new separate transactions. I had to manually clear about 10 transactions this morning. Once I did, the balance was right

Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing missing downloaded transactions with PayPal in Simplifi.

If the issue pops up again where transactions aren't downloading from the bank into Simplifi, I'd suggest performing an account reset to see if doing so resolves things for you.

Thanks, I should have thought of that myself. It worked, now the transactions downloaded and matched the transactions I had manually cleared.
