Unable to hide items from Mobile App Dashboard (edited)

The "customize dashboard" feature was rolled out in December of 2020. When I attempt to select the eye icon (a capability demonstrated at the link below) it does not work. The eye icon blinks when pressed, but the icon does not fade out, and the corresponding feature is not removed from the Simplifi dashboard. Why is this the case after three years?

    Hello @Dan-in-Virginia,

    Thanks for reporting this behavior to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with hiding items from the Dashboard on the Simplifi Mobile App.

    It looks like this issue has already been reported, and a fix is expected with the 4.6.0 Mobile Release. I'll be sure to let you know if anything changes between now and then. 🙂
