Unable to link to existing accounts
Hi, I'm attempting to repair my American Express connection. When I get to the part where I'm able to link to existing accounts, it only shows the manual accounts I've created, and I can't find my credit card accounts anywhere (see picture.) I've tried this several times on the website and mobile app, with the same result every time. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to American Express in Simplifi.
I'd suggest making the account(s) manual so they're fully disconnected from the bank, and then you should be able to link them when reconnecting to American Express.
