Thanks for posting your request to the Community, although we're sorry to see you go!
Using the email address that's associated with your Community Profile, I don't see that you ever used Simplifi. I do, however, see that you used Quicken for Windows in the past, but your Quicken Subscription expired in 2021. With that said, since you were a Quicken user, you'd want to contact Quicken Support instead.
Alternatively, if you're looking to have your entire Quicken Account removed from our systems, you may request to do so here:
