How do I make a profit and loss report

For Tax preparation having a Profit and Loss report would be helpful to assist the annual ritual we all go thru every April. Quicken and Quickbooks offers this. I can't find it in Simplify. Searching for it I'm just seeing questions and asks for it. Is there a P&L report in the works.

Hi @Kevin K I can’t answer for the product team, but I don’t think Simplifi is meant to be used for business accounting and my understanding is that a P&L is one of several typically quarterly reports issued by companies and not something used in personal money management. I would expect Quicken and Quickbooks to have such a report since those are actual accounting apps that can be used for business accounting. But I may be wrong.

@DannyB is correct — Simplifi does not currently offer a Profit & Loss Report. We do have an existing Idea post requesting one, though, so I'd definitely suggest adding your vote and feedback!
