Simplifi--Mint with the Bugs Fixed?

Hello, I'm taking a look at Simplifi with the 30-day trial. I'm retired x2 and have a very simple financial situation, no debt and only simple stock and mutual find activity to keep track of. I'm definitely not a big fan of these kinds of programs—and I get the feeling that Simplifi is Quicken's attempt to fix all the things that are wrong with Mint, but it's been several years since I messed with Mint, so maybe it's not so bad anymore. Simplifi can connect to my bank, but unable to download transactions (that's not really a good sign), but I'll play with it a little bit and see if I can get it to work.

I messed with it for a while—nope. Cancellation of free trial requested and uninstall.
