Withdraws are downloading as deposits from my credit union (edited)

The last two days, after downloading banking transactions from my credit union, some of my activity, such as my mortgage payment, have been coming into my ledger as a DEPOSIT, rather than a withdraw. Any ideas? It sure can cause havoc if not paying attention. I am using the web version on a Window's PC.

    Reposting. I think name change caused it to disappear. Is anyone else having the same issue described above??

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this behavior with your transactions in Simplifi.

    Please provide a bit more information so we can get a clearer idea of what's going on:

    1. The name of the bank in question.
    2. The type of account the transactions are being downloaded to.
    3. Are all negative transactions downloading as positive in the account?
    4. If the issue is only occurring with some transactions, are there any patterns?
    5. What about deposits to the account — are those downloading properly?
    6. Is the balance for the account correct in Simplifi?
