Ability to sort or rearrange Savings Goals in the Spending Plan (edited)

Add the ability to sort by the amount needed, status, or name.

OR

Have goals that have received a contribution fall to the bottom of the list. If there is no set monthly target amount and they have received a contribution then it falls to the bottom of the list. If there is a monthly contribution target it falls to the bottom once fulfilled.
