Specialized Loan Servicing SLS.NET FDP-109 error (edited)

Connection to SLS is failing. Login credentials are verified correct and the verification code is coming in and succeeding, but I'm being told the connection has failed for this reason: Care Code: FDP-109. There's no documentation at SLS or Quicken about this code.

Has anyone successfully connected a mortgage at SLS to Quicken Mac?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Specialized Loan Servicing in Quicken!

Since it does sound and look like you're using Quicken and not Simplifi, you'd want to contact Quicken Support or the Quicken Community instead. 🙂
