Unable to add Liberty Bank FDP-107 error (edited)

I am unable to add my Liberty Bank account. I am getting code FDP-107. I am sure I have the right bank as the URL listed for it leads me directly to the correct bank. Anyone have any advice to fix this?

    Figured it out. The help in the username field wasn't fully visible on the web app but was fully visible on the mobile app.
