Simplifi Renewal Workflow
Beware of the Simplifi renewal workflow everyone.. I started in Simplifi with a prompt that my card is no longer valid and needs updating to renew. The app takes me over to the quicken account site to update my credit card information and then takes me straight into a renewal process for the service which is fine since i was planning on renewing. But I wasn’t paying enough attention and it instead renews or purchases Quicken premium (I thought the price seemed a lot but, heh, Biden’nomics) so now I have to go haggle with support to try to get it refunded. Simplifi support you may want to check out this workflow else someone might think you are trying to bait’n’switch or upsell services.. Anyone else, pay attention to what they are offering to renew.
