Just a quick post to help anyone who happens to use Interra Credit Union (Indiana) - a small chance, I know.
I originally tried to connect the account on the Desktop App and consistently got a 103 error. Then I switched to the Mobile App and it connected just fine. I suspect it may have had something to do with the LastPass extension that I use to manage passwords - it might have been overriding my U/P entries whenever I clicked submit thanks to the auto fill feature.
My main takeaway: If one way fails for ANY BANK, try the other way before posting about errors in the community. If both ways fail, then sure, post to the community.
