Elan Credit Card Not Connecting 102 error (edited)

I don't use my Fidelity Credit Card much so not much of an issue for me, but it has been out for 3 days. I can still get to the web site and I tried resetting the connection. It is out for both Quicken and Simplifi.

There are a lot of credit cards that are issued by Elan. Knowing how things go, it will probably be working by the time anyone sees this. But just in case. 😀

PS. I notice it has been an issue in the Quicken community for several weeks, but just affected me this weekend, and they are working on a fix.

    @SRC54, thanks for posting to the Community!

    It looks like you're receiving a 102 error with Elan Financial Services, which I believe Quicken came out with an Alert for just earlier today. We haven't seen a lot of volume surrounding the issue on the Simplifi side, but we may end up getting an Alert up as well. However, for now, I'd like to go ahead and escalate your case so we can get a Simplifi ticket in front of our Service Provider. To do so, please provide the name of the affected account, as it appears in Simplifi. 🙂

    BTW, I was able to connect in Quicken and Simplifi using Fidelity Rewards Visa Card. I found this one today. I seem to recall that I had seen it in the past. I always just used Elan.

    Over on the Quicken Classic community there is a long discussion about Fidelity Rewards portal connection not working from late July but was resolved Oct 6. A lot of people then switched to Elan connection, and it stopped working. They now seem to think Elan connection is resolved too but I don't want to try it out.

    Anyhow I am now reconnected in both versions of Quicken.

    Well, spoke too soon; this morning it stopped working again with the 105 error. I guess it was too good to last. Maybe they are working on it again and tomorrow or later today, it will be back up.

    Update October 11; working again this morning.
