Elan - Fidelity Signature Rewards card returns FDP-105 error
For the last several days the https://login.fidelityrewards.com connection has been returning error FDP-105. I did not see this one listed under Current Online Banking Issues. I did see the 102 error listed.

Hey @pawebb!
We added a 105 error to the Elan Financial Services alert this morning. We also have an alert for Fidelity Rewards Credit Card that's for a 102 error, but a 105 and a 102 are basically the same thing, so I'm thinking it's all part of the same issue.

My Fidelity Visa shows up fine in Simplifi, but then I am connecting through the regular Fidelity link, not Fidelityrewards.com

I was able to add my Fidelity Rewards card to Simplifi today, 9-Oct-2023, without the error.

still can not get Elan fidelity rewards card to update in quicken classic. Getting a request to have a code to send to my phone. It never shows. Clicking on elan website in quicken takes me to a corporate page

@Franniedc, although I believe the issues with Elan/Fidelity Rewards Credit Card are also impacting Quicken Classic, you'll want to reach out to their Community to be sure. This is Quicken Simplifi's Community. 🙂
