First Tech Federal Credit Union and MFA/2FA
In the process of attempting to link my FTFCU account to simplifi, I receive a strange prompt with an "open-ended" text box. Regardless of what I enter into this field, I receive an FDP-102 error.
Please see the attached images.
FTFCU support suggested that Simplifi is incapable of handling MFA/2FA, but I've searched the forum and there seem to be plenty of people who are complaining about being prompted too frequently for MFA codes. So, I don't think that's the issue.
Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to connect your First Tech FCU account in Quicken Simplifi. I went to get this escalated, but it looks like it already has been from an interaction you had with Phone Support. Once an update becomes available, the Support Team will be back in contact with you.
