provide the ability for a user to download dollars by category by a specified time period.
want to put this data in excel to build my own report. provide reports are very limited and not useful
What exactly is the report data you want to see? I find them to be very useful personally, but we all have our own workflows.
It seems pretty straightforward to create an Excel formula that would do what you appear to be asking for.
I have the exact same request as the original poster. I would like to be able to download just the category totals to use in my own excel spreadsheet.
