A quick way to check for know issues for any particular bank is to search the community for that banks name. Assuming that this is spelled correctly, for "Sagepoint Financial", it looks like your post is the only one so far so there are no known issues reported by the community. As a result, Simplifi will have to officially confirm from there end. If you're asking because of a error message (105, 103, 102, etc.) then you'll want to try and add screenshots or some context (ex. When I try to attach it, I get ___.) so they can better answer your question.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble connecting to SagePoint Financial in Quicken Simplifi. When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like you're receiving a 108 error. This error indicates that there's some form of messaging or pop-up or something along those lines that needs to be dealt with on the bank's website.
If you've already tried the bank's website and didn't see anything, go ahead and give it a try in incognito mode, as well as the bank's mobile app if you use it. More details on a 108 error are outlined in our support article here.
