Hello, I see that there was a previous discussion concerning OSLA/Aidvantage student loan accounts not syncing/connecting. I’d like to bump this question again as I’ve noticed I am not able to sync my Aidvantage (OSLA) account inside of Simplifi. Please see the below screenshot with the error message:

    @calh66033, thanks for posting!

    When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like the 102 error has cleared up and you are now successfully connecting; I see successful connections even today. Is this what you're seeing as well?

    For future reference, a 102 error is usually just a temporary throttle/block that clears up on its own after 24-48 hours. More details on bank errors, including a 102 error, can be found here. It sounds like this is what you experienced. 🙂
