Unable to connect First USA Platinum Visa 102 error (edited)

I'm getting this error.

We are unable to connect to First USA Platinum Visa at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102

It used to be working a few weeks ago, and now it's stopped working. Any advise?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to connect to First USA Platinum Visa in Quicken Simplifi. A 102 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling/blocking connection traffic. For this particular error, we do want to allow at least 48 hours to see if it self-resolves; I see your failed attempts just started as of yesterday, so please be sure to let us know if it's still occurring tomorrow.
