Forgot credit card password

I have an old credit card which is on Quicken that I do not know the password. Quicken gives me a 503 error. I cant reset the password at the credit card company because I do not have the card. TIA Chris

    To clarify, are you using Quicken Simplifi or Quicken Classic? When viewing your account from our end, it looks like you're using Quicken Classic, so you'd want to reach out to their Community: https://community.quicken.com/

    However, I can say that if you don't know the password, you won't be able to connect to the bank in either platform. I'd honestly suggest contacting the bank directly to get assistance with changing your password so you can connect in Quicken. 🙂
