Elan Financial Services - Temporary Fix

Hello,

I have Elan Financial Credit card and there seems to be an issue since they have changed the website. When I tried to login, I searched by myaccountaccess.com to get access to Elan Services in Simplifi and it shows that First USA Platinum Visa, South State Bank Credit Cards & Kennebunk Savings Credit Cards are using the new link myaccountaccess.com. I was able to access my account through that link. I am writing this to maybe help get this to the right people of a profile that is working. Maybe that will help with the issues that are going on. The only problem is that my profile says its one of these three banks whichever I choose.

@Swoobunsonflip Good find.

I just connected to it and linked the account it found to my Elan Visa account in Simplifi. It works perfectly although it is funny to see the institution listed say First USA Visa. (I used to have a First USA Visa many years ago so I guess it's ok). 😉

So now when you go to Elanfinancialservices.com, it seems to be only for corporate accounts. My guess is they cut off the personal accounts from that site, and didn't bother to mention it to Quicken, Inc.

So all they have to do at quicken is just refer Elan Visa to myaaccountaccess.com. That simplifies things.

Oh, and as I suspected, it works in Quicken Classic too.
