I am unable to update my credit union. See above. Any suggestions?

New Simplifi user. 25 year Quicken desktop user.

    @swiederin, thanks for confirming!

    Since it sounds like the 106 error is occurring on an existing account, please follow these steps to troubleshoot it:

    1. Reset the connection by following the steps here.
    2. If the issue persists, make the account(s) manual by following the steps here.
    3. Once the accounts are in the "Manual" accounts section, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. If successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
