Connection Issue - Citizens First Bank 102 error (edited)

I am setting up my accounts and when I try to make a connection to my banks, I receive the Care Code: FDP-102. I also use Quicken Classic Deluxe and I can make to bank connection there so the problem is not with the bank. I need to get this rectified so I can use this download function. I have too many transactions to have to aff them manually for each update.

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to connect to one of your banks in Quicken Simplifi. A 102 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling or blocking connection traffic. These errors usually self-resolve within 48 hours, but I do see that you've been experiencing the issue since at least the 12th. Before moving forward with an escalation, though, I do want to confirm the URL you use when signing in on the bank's website.
