Is there a way to Delete a category?

I accidentally created a duplicate category, can I delete the old one?

Yes, in the Web version, click on Settings (gear icon), then click on "Categories & tags". As you move your mouse over the category list, there will be 3 vertical dots at the far right of the row. Click on that to get a menu with "Edit" and "Delete". If you click to delete a category that is assigned to some transactions, it will give you the option to select a category to use for replacement in the transactions.

In the mobile app, there is something similar in Settings/Category and tags. Except here you just touch the category you want to delete and a panel will open that has a Delete Category button.

Thank You, don't know how I missed that. I was looking for it on the detail page (where you edit the name and parent category).
