Web App: Hide the page scrollbar when it's not needed (edited)
In transactions page there are two vertical scrollbars - one for whole page and another nested scrollbar for transaction list. This makes scrolling unnecessarily painful.
Page scrollbar is visible regardless of window size, even though there is no need for it. It should be hidden when not needed.
Looks like a styling bug. You are miscalculating the height of #registerList element.

Since this does appear to be by design, I went ahead and turned this into an Idea post requesting that the page scrollbar be hidden when it's not needed so other users can vote on it and our Product Team can review it. 🙂
