I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Vanguard in Quicken Simplifi. A 105 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling or blocking connection traffic. Since these errors usually clear up on their own, we want to allow at least 48 hours to see if it self-resolves. It looks like you just started receiving the error yesterday, so please let us know if you're still unable to connect at the end of the week. 🙂

@Coach Natalie is there any update on this. I'm trying out the platform for the first time but it's not really work using if I can't get a major investment brokerage linked. Tried again this morning.

same here - my accounts are .. Chase, Schwab, Vanguard…
and only Vanguard doesn't work -

Hello All,
Thanks for reporting this issue, and thank you for your patience as we were researching from our end. It looks like Vanguard is throttling connection traffic, which means that they're limiting the number of successful connections. With this type of throttle, we recommend trying after 2:00 pm EST, or during non-peak hours, in hopes of better results.

it works just fine with Quicken Classic - and Direct Connect …
Guessing Simplifi is using Express Web Connect

@ps56k, Quicken Simplifi uses Quicken Connect.

just tried at 3:30am - and it worked for Add Account for Brokerage… but missing Roth IRA -
Also - what is different In Add Account choices between - Vanguard and Vanguard Personal Investor ?
