Ability to import multiple accounts from CSV at once (edited)

It's stupid that CSV import can only go to one account at a time.
This makes migration from Mint rather painful.
You should allow importing many accounts at once offering to auto-create missing accounts and connected them for syncing if possible.

To add to this, it also needs to recognize categories. I really don't want to have to fix the categories of thousands of transactions.
