Cannot connect my Computershare account. Process errors out when reaching 2-factor login step.

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like you're receiving a 187 error, which indicates that MFA was not successfully completed. Before we get into troubleshooting that specific error, though, I'd like to have you try the option listed as "Computershare Shareowner Services" in Quicken Simplifi. It looks like you're using "Computershare Investor Centre", however, I know of at least one other user who is able to connect to the "Computershare Shareowner Services" option, so let's give this a try.
