Connection to High yield savings American Express

I am unable to connect to my High yield savings in American Express through Simplifi. Has anyone been able to do so successfully?

I was able to connect to High yield American express, if I selected the option "American Express - Banking" from this article

To assist, could you please provide more information? How long has this issue been going on? Is this issue with American Express, or a different financial institution? What kind of account are you trying to add/connect (checking, savings, credit, etc)? Is this an account you're trying to add or is this one that was previously connected, but now won't update? Are you getting any error messages or care codes when you try to add/connect?
