Can I access the mobile app if I subscribed through the website?

Hi,

I'm a long-time Mint user now looking for an alternative. I just subscribed to Simplify today via the website, thinking I'd also have access to the mobile app. But now when I try opening the app, the app also wants me to subscribe; it won't let me log in using the credentials I've already set up on the website.

Do I need to subscribe again in order to access the mobile app? Or is there a way to "merge" my account so that I can also access the mobile app?

    I subscribed via the website and can log in via the app with the same credentials. Consider logging out of the website, log back in, and follow the same steps via the app.

    @rycomax ,

    No, you don’t need to subscribe again. When all is said and done, you will be able to use the Web App and Mobile App interchangeably. Were you ever able to get logged in to both?
