Issue with Morgan Stanley Stock Plan

This morning, my connection to Morgan Stanley Stock Plan stopped working. The accounts now show as Account Disconnected. When I try to connect them again, it says I've already added all of my accounts at the institution.

How do I fix this issue?

    @thaJack, thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue!

    When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I'm seeing successful connections to Morgan Stanley Stock Plan as of today — are you still seeing an issue with this? If so, please go ahead and follow these steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Reset the connection by following the steps here.
    2. If the issue persists, turn the accounts into manual accounts by following the steps here.
    3. Once the accounts are in the 'Manual Accounts' section under Settings > Accounts, reconnect to the bank by following the steps here.
    4. If/when your list of accounts is presented as available to add, carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts by following the steps here.
