Specialized Loan Servicing - SLS.NET does not display my balance

I can connect the account and select the Mortgage loan, but on my Dashboard, it just displays as you see in the image.

    Let's go ahead and look at escalating this for a balance discrepancy. To do so, please provide the following information:

    1. The name of the account in question, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
    2. The name of the account in question, as it appears on the bank's website.
    3. A fresh screenshot of the balance for the account in Quicken Simplifi.
    4. A screenshot of the balance displayed on the bank's website for a comparison.
