How can I get a refund?

I recently purchased Simplify, and I feel like the product does not really fit my needs. I would like to cancel and get a refund, but all my attempt to talk to the customer service fails. Can somebody help me?

Especially pay attention to where you set up your subscription.
Apple app store you will need to cancel and seek refund from Apple
Android app store you will need to cancel and seek refund from Google
Quicken website… follow instructions in support article.
