According to this post, "Path2College 529 Plan ( (Direct Aggregator)" plan should be supported:

My child has a 529 account through Path2College, but when I try to add the 529 account to Simplifi, my credentials are being rejected. I am able to login to the 529 plan's website directly with the same credentials.

I can only think that a "Direct Aggregator" isn't the same thing as a regular user, and I wonder what I have to do to add this account to Simplifi.

    Thanks for the response. I figured it out.

    The 529 plan offers an aggregator login that has a unique username and password. I had to first enable and configure it in my account. Then I was able to successfully connect using the aggregator credentials

    @ffgwkljrrxje, thanks for posting!

    I'm not too familiar with the direct aggregators, but I found a description left by another user regarding a different 529 plan:

    It sounds like the direct aggregator is a slightly different URL that allows direct access using your online banking credentials while bypasing MFA. I think you're doing things right by using your normal username and password, so let's start by troubleshooting the 103 error:

    1. Verify the bank being selected -- There may be several different versions of the same bank in the Add Account bank list, so be sure you're selecting the correct one. If you're not sure, compare the URL's shown for each bank.
    2. Verify your login information – Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    3. Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    4. Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    5. Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

    Let us know how it goes!
