Bug - Unable to click on Spending Plan arrows while in dashboard

On the web, if you click on the dashboard, on the top left the arrows for the prior and future months are greyed out, and unable to click them. When the mouse moves over the arrows, it's a red symbol. See below:

However, if I click on the word "Spending Plan" I am then able to click on the arrows for prior and future months.

    @Nu2Money, thanks for posting!

    It looks like those arrows on the Spending Plan Dashboard card are not intended to navigate between months but instead flip through your Planned Spending cards. I'm assuming you don't have any additional cards to view past the first page, which is why the arrows are greyed out.
