RBC Bank USA - appears as Alabama Exchange Bank under add account.

Hi,

A new user here. When trying to add my RBC USA (rbcbank.com) bank account to Simplifi, the URL and logo are correct, but it's listed as the "Alabama Exchange Bank". See image below.

Obviously, this is an mistake. But is it safe to use this if it's misidentified? How do I report this to Quicken to get it fixed?

    Unfortunately, we have no control over how the banks are listed in Quicken Simplifi (this is determined by our service provider and the banks). If you'd like to report something like this, the best way is to let your bank know, who can then pursue the change from their end with our service provider.
