Hello,

Navy Federal Credit Union is requesting MFA every time I open Simplifi. None of my other accounts have requested this ever single time. Is this a setting I may have requested inadvertently when adding this account to Simplif? I have many different credit union banks added (like DCU, Golden 1 and Amex) and they have never asked for verification since I opened this a few months ago.

    Hello @kms500,

While I understand it can be frustrating, the financial institution controls when a multi factor authentication request will be sent. We do not have the ability to stop these requests. Your financial institution may allow you to update or change your account security options, such as turning off multi factor authentication, however, doing so may be a security concern. For more information on multi factor authentication, please click this link.

    Thank you.

  • Just to be clear I have MFA set up for all of my bank accounts but I can allow it to "recognize" my device and I am only asked occasionally or when using a different device
