Pretty disappointed so far with Simplify.
- Balances are not updating accurately even thought latest transactions are synced.
- Spending plan concept doesn’t make any sense when it doesn’t let you set fixed income. It randomly picks transfers and shows it as income and update the budget. This makes it look like you have way too much spend from budget perspective, unless you are updating the transactions every day.
- Why isn’t there is a static budgeting option like Mint? This is so confusing.
I paid for the yearly subscription and need to figure out how to get a refund.

Transfers "shouldn't" show up unless you hide just one side of a transaction (You may have to scroll within the recurring transaction window to see both sides when selecting to hide or not). If both sides are not hidden, it should cancel out.
You can set up recurring income in the same place you set up recurring bills. That income (plus any money you get that month) counts as income in the spending plan.
I imagine someone who works for simplifi can help you with a refund, either here or via chat, I don't know or have access to that.

If you'd still like to request a refund, it looks like you'll need to do so through Apple directly since that's how you subscribed:
