First Home Mortgage won't connect Care Code: FDP-102 (edited)

When I try to connect to my mortgage processor website firsthome.yourmortgageonline.com it goes through the login and 2FA code request, and then says, "We are unable to connect to First Home Mortgage at this time. Please try again later. Care Code: FDP-102"

    To better assist with this issue, could you please answer some questions? Are you trying to add this account, or update an account that was already connected? How long has this issue been going on for?

    Usually, a FDP-102 error is a temporary issue that resolves itself within a day or two. If you haven't already done so, I would recommend waiting 48 hours and trying again. If the issue persists after 48 hours (or if it has already been more than 48 hours), please let me know.
