Are the credit card charges that appear in your transactions calculated in the amount available of the spending plan?

    Yes, credit card transactions are included in the spending plan calculations.

    But credit card payments should (optionally, and by default) cancel out to $0 on the spending plan - A $100 credit card payment from checking would be balanced by a $100 credit on the credit card account (for spending plan purposes).
