Reduce Transaction Detail window and other window sizes for smaller screens (edited)

When I click on a transaction and go to the transaction detail window, or click on "view transaction", the window is to large for my laptop screen. I cannot see the "update" button. So, I have to click F1 to see the whole window. That, of course, obliterates my Windows task bar. This keeps me from moving around easily. So, I have to click F1 again. Please eliminate some of the white space in the transaction detail window so the full screen is available without clicking F1!

    Having the same issue. Zooming out in browser is a workaround but it would be nice if the window actually just fit on screen like it is supposed to.
