Subscription refund

Hi. I just signed up for Simplifi today but learned that there's no integration with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management so, unfortunately, I'm not interested in using the app anymore.
I was able to cancel auto renewal but I couldn't find how to cancel my account entirely and request a refund for my one year pre-payment.

Thanks for giving Quicken Simplifi a try, although I'm sorry to hear we didn't meet your needs. When I check our systems, I can see your refund was processed on 18 November. Depending on your financial institution's processing times, you should see the funds return to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
