Transfers between accounts added
Hello all. I have my Venmo account added to my profile, which pulls from my credit card or checking account, also both in my profile. However, this would make a report look like the same transaction appears twice, since it's going to show in two different accounts. How do people handle this? Do you set one up as a transfer? Does that then show 2 different transactions in the Venmo account?

Yes, transfer from you credit card to venmo, then the purchase/category is set from Venmo. This is how I have mine setup, but from my checking account because it's free.

If you set them up as transfers, they shouldn't for example, show up in the spending report (as duplicates for example) and in the spending plan you can optionally hide or include (one side of - - such as money-in or money-out) transfers (but they should have no impact by default)…
I avoided answering this at first, because I don't use venmo and don't know about special handling.
