UFCU, cannot link account, getting 106 error

I see the discussion on UFCU (University Federal Credit Union) and 106 errors is closed, but I'm still having issues. I haven't been able to pull UFCU transactions since Nov 9th. I started getting a 106 error after I ported to the new login system implemented by UFCU, which now requires 2FA. I don't see anything on the closed issue about how other folks were able to resolve this. I've disconnected the account, and tried to add it back after restarting my machine, which was not successful. Any other ideas?
