(CITI) Best Buy CC FDP-102 Errors -- Known issue?

The Best Buy Credit Card (which has no recent activity, so not a big deal for me) is giving an FDP-102 error, resetting it gives the same

Is this due to this:

@RobWilk, most likely. I get the 102 error on my Shell Credit Card through Citi in both Quicken Simplifi and Quicken Classic, but it usually clears itself up pretty quickly. I'd suggest trying outside of peak hours in hopes of better results. 🙂
